1957 Alexander Elise Doll #1610 Pink Dress/Box/Mint

This is a 1957 Alexander Elise Doll #1610 in her Original Box and is Mint and Gorgeous! The photos do not truly capture her beauty as seen in real life. She is in mint mint beautiful condition never played with and has spent her life in the box. She is a First Year doll produced in 1957, is 16 1/2" tall and is all hard plastic with jointed vinyl arms and jointed ankles.She has VERY high color to her cheeks more than the photos depict with a flawless matte complexion. Her stringing is tight. She is wearing her pink check taffeta dress (tagged to the inside of the skirt seam) with white organdy sleeves and Peter Pan collar, perfect white straw hat trimmed with flowers, white lacy slip with flocked dots and scalloped at the hemline, white taffeta panties, perfect seamed hose, and black low heels. All clothing is very crisp, clean and pristine. The box is correctly marked #1610 and is in medium closet shelf storage condition with some scuffing to the edges as would be expected, two corner breaks to the lid repaired with modern tape. The box base has a crushed in left side (more than camera depicts) with two 4" vertical tears along the crushed side repaired inside with modern tape. No corner breaks to the base though. Again Elise is extremely beautiful,mint and crisp, more beautiful than the camera can depict.
