SOLD 1964 Alexander Brenda Starr Doll in Orig.Box/Rainy Day
This is a 1964 Alexander Brenda Starr Doll in her Original Box dressed in her original outfit Rainy Day. Brenda Starr was a beautiful newspaper reporter in a comic strip and was manufactured by Madame Alexander in 1964 only. She is a clean 12" rigid plastic body and vinyl head and arms doll with high heel feet and very long red rooted hair. She has blue sleep eyes, jointed knees, swivel waist, and lovely complexion. She has never been played with and is bright and clean in her original box. She has color transfer to her right knee and feet with a tiny bit to her upper right thigh. Her long rooted red hair is beautiful and unplayed with. She comes dressed in the original box in her "Rainy Day" outfit consisting of a beautifully clean white vinyl raincoat (no hat or umbrella) with rose print floral lining that matches the sleeveless shift dress that she is wearing (both appearing to be in unplayed with condition). The original box is marked #925 with the box in good condition (a ding to the left vertical edge side), and the box has the liner.
