C1930-40 Arranbee Nancy Doll w/Trunk+Red Wardrobe

What a wonderful find! This is a C1930-40 composition 12” Arranbee Nancy Doll (marked Nancy to her back) with her original wardrobe trunk and beautiful array of mix and match clothing. None of the clothing is tagged, but all is original to her. The outfits are gorgeous, clean and in beautiful condition (some storage tan spots on red check dress front, red double breasted jacket collar, and print romper front). Each piece of clothing has the original red cardboard hanger all in good condition. All the clothing is in excellent condition appearing to have been played with very little, and all clothing is manufactured and originally hers. It is interesting how all the colors, styles and prints go together to form a complete wardrobe, and also match the wardrobe trunk. The trunk, including the interior is in excellent condition (paper loss to three edges and a spot here and there). The leather trunk strap is split in the middle but all of it is there. The latch works fine. No Nancy sticker. Obviously this doll was played with very little and kept complete. She is wearing her red organdy three piece outfit. Her original shoes and socks are present although one shoe hole to the center tie has given way, and the lace is wrapped around the ankle to tie the shoe. The doll itself is also in good condition with expected smooth tight crazing to the paint all over here and there, working sleep eyes and very little rubbing to her face paint. Her stringing is still moderately tight. She has a blonde mohair wig over molded and painted hair. The wig is rather sparse, and most of it is bunched to the crown of her head from having the bonnet on her head most of her life. She has some composition holes to the very inside top of her legs that appear factory and only can be seen if you twist her legs outward.
