Here is a lovely artistic postcard featuring the work of Thomas Gainsborough. Born 1727 at Sudbury died August 2nd 1788 at London. The card identifies him as "Besides Reynolds, the most important English portrait painter of the 18th Century. He also painted charming landscapes." Lovely colors. Good condition -no postmark.
