This is a wonderful quality stickpin, beautifully made from 15K (tests as thereabouts) solid yellow gold; the shield-shaped antique pin is set with a row of tiny lustrous pearls.

The tiny pearls are all beautiful and in wonderful condition. As was common for the time, the pin itself is made of gilt metal for strength.

Measures about 2" tall, and the shield is 8mm by 9mm. The pin isn't marked but I would date it to about 1900-20.

Condition is excellent. All original; slight signs of wear, no damage.
