Lovely Genuine Ivory Sterling Ring

This interesting ring is a marriage of old and new. The ivory dates from about c1920, but the sterling silver ring itself is only 25 years old.

The ivory hasn't been carved or painted or treated in any way. It's a plain round piece set into a very everyday wear setting.

The ivory measures about 9 mm. The ring is a size 6&1/2, and it can very easily be re-sized to fit.

The ivory is guaranteed genuine. It is in excellent condition with just a little bit of yellowing due to age.

The silver setting is generally in very good condition. Just light surface scratching and the odd light nick.

There is a small line evident near the ivory, which isn't a crack or break, but an indentation. It likely happened during the silver setting process.

Nevertheless, I've taken it into consideration and adjusted the price accordingly.

Stamped "925" on the inner band.
