Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, prices shown do not include shipping. I will email you with a total including the shipping charges after your order is placed. You may of course email me prior to placing your order with your shipping address and I will be happy to provide you with a quote prior to purchase.

Shipping includes insurance. Shipping is required on breakable items, but the buyer may opt out of insurance on most paper and nonbreakable items. If insurance is not taken, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage after shipment.

We ship by best method, for items over 2 lbs, this is usually FedEx Home. Be assured we will do everything possible to keep shipping cost reasonable.

Books will be shipped "Book Rate" unless otherwise stated

Light weight items such as photos, patterns, and other small items made of paper will be shipped via USPS 1st Class

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Payment via PayPal is expected within 3 days from the date a purchase order is submitted.

Payment via check or money order is expected within 10 days from the date a purchase order is submitted. Payments via PayPal are expected within 3 business days.

If payment is not received within the above guidelines, and other arrangements have not been made, the item may be returned to my shop for purchase by others.

Layaways may be arranged on combined purchases in excess of $100.00. Please email me to confirm arrangements for layaway PRIOR to committing to purchase any item.

No refund of layaway deposit will be given on layaways not paid for with the time agreed.

No discounts will be given on items purchased through layaway.
