EAPG Wheat and Barley 5 Piece Amber Water Set

The Wheat and Barley pattern or Early American Pattern Glass was first made by Bryce Bros in the 1870s. It was then made by US Glass Co in the 1890s. The pattern was is also known as Duquesne Hops and Barley as well as Oats and Barley. This set is comprised of a pitcher and 4 tumblers.

The pitcher is approx 8½” tall at the lip, and just over 5” in diameter. The tumblers are each 3¾". The tumblers are all in excellent condition with no chips and only the expected manufacturing flaws found in glass from this period, none of which are significant. The pitcher however has a major break to its foot that was not professionally repaired by a prior owner.

I also have other pieces in this pattern in both amber as well as blue.
