Wonderful Vintage Polychrome Lithograph Print Guardian Angel 1917

There are lots of newer versions of this great old print, but nothing beats a print produced in the era. This print, titled “Guardian Angel, features the image of an angel watching over 2 children, a boy and girl, playing precariously close to the edge of a cliff. The print is “framed” by a wide gold band in an oval shape. The title of the print is in gold at the bottom of the oval. Outside of the oval, there are sprays of poppies, daisies and other flowers at the corners. In the lower left hand corner, is the publishers information “Copyright 1917 James Lee, Chicago”

The print is framed in a simple gold colored frame. The overall size is approx 16½” high and 12¼” high. There is a slight wave to the print that is more noticeable in the picture then in person. The frame has some light scuffs, and could be restored easily if desired.

Why settle for a “wanna be” reproduction when you can have a true vintage print.
