The Epic line, produced by Viking from 1959 through the early 70’s, is described by Dean Six in his book “Viking Glass 1944-1970” as the “singularly most eclectic mix of shapes and patterns within the extensive glass production.” There is little commonality or consistency between pieces included in this line. Six describes this bowl as being one of 3 Epic pieces that were made in the "Italian style" modern free form shape.

This bowl measures approx 21 inches from end to end, 8 inches wide and 2.5 inches high. It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
