Gorgeous early 19th century ironstone platter by Mason’s, in the “Indian Grasshopper” pattern, based on 18th century Chinese export porcelains.

The platter is approx. 12 1/2 inches x 9 3/8 inches. It is marked with Mason’s Mark 4, dating it to circa 1813-20.

Condition is very good; there are no chips, cracks or hairlines. This beautiful platter was used, so there are some utensil marks and some light wear to the enamel.
