Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping within the USA is by priority mail or parcel post unless otherwise requested. International shipments will be by airmail 1st class or priority international depending on size and weight. Any overcharge on shipping will be refunded. I charge only the exact costs. If you have a question about the costs please email me.

Insurance is available for all shipments but is optional. You can remove the amount from your invoice if you prefer.

Only the exact shipping cost is charged, no handling fees. Any overcharge will be refunded. Sometimes on international shipments the cost is difficult to estimate. Please feel free to email me before making a purchase if you are in doubt as to the shipping cost. Shipping discounts are given for multiple purchases.

Restocking Fee:
Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of item, and return shipping must be made within 5 days. That item must be in same condition as shipped, and a 20% restocking fees may apply.

All online payments are expected within 3 days. If you are sending a money order item will be held up to 2 weeks. Please email if there is a delay in making payments. Alley Cats Vintage is very understanding and easy to work with.
