Sweet Vintage 1960s Plaid Shirtwaist Dress B34 Petite

This is a darling vintage 1960's cotton shirtwaist hand tailored dress. The fabric is a sturdy cotton blend, done in a plaid colors of loden green, tan and cream.

High neck with a narrow tie, buttons up the bodice with a short zipper below the waist. Skirt is full, not full circle full but full enough to use with a crinoline. Sleeves are 3/4 in length with narrow cuffs. There's a high shoulder yoke which gives a bit of fullness to the bodice.

Condition is beautiful. It is fresh, clean and looks like it was never worn. The original belt is missing of course, and I have added a nice brown leather 80's belt.

No labels since I do think this was hand tailored with quality. Please check the measurements below carefully to ensure a perfect fit. Given the length from the shoulder to waist I do think this is a petite size.

Bust is 34 inches, waist is 28 inches, shoulder span is 15 inches, 3/4 length sleeves are 17 inches, length from shoulder seam to waist is 14 inches and length from waist to hem is 24 inches. There is a 4 inch hem.
