The handle is a black cord and runs on large clear plastic hoops. The inside is lined in lovely true red satin fabric.

There's no structure on this purse, just completely flexible. When you draw the handles in the top ruffle closes in for security I suppose. Sitting down and open the ruffle lays back and you can see it is lined with red.

As to condition it is in perfect shape, showing no wear at all.

As to sizing it is very small. It stands about 8 1/2 inches and will expand to the same.
