This gorgeous porcelain plate depicting a large Barn Owl was produced by Franklin Porcelain in 1983. It is in excellent condition. Although it states that it is a limited edition, it is not numbered. It is signed by the artist, Basil Ede on the front and back. It is just over 10" in diameter.
