This wonderful porcelain figurine of a Skye Terrier was produced by Lladro in 1969 and retired in 1985. The sculptor was Salvador Furio. The base is clearly marked with the blue Lladro trademark, and incised with several numbers and letters. The figurine is in excellent condition with no damage. The terrier measures 6.75" long and 6.75" tall. Second Edition Collecting Lladro Identification & Price Guide by Peggy Whiteneck lists this piece as having had a value of $400 - 500 in 2003, and being much sought after. No box or paperwork available.
