"The Mallard" is the second issue of the series Living with Nature:Jerner's Ducks which was sponsored by The Wildlife Society. The porcelain plate was produced in 1986 by the Edwin M. Knowles company and limited to 150 firing days. It is numbered 7021 K. The artist's signature is on the front and back, as well as a quote from him about the mallard standing "...poised and ready for his long flight." The plate is rimmed in gold and measures 8.5" in diameter. Condition is excellent. No box or paperwork.
