Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Furniture: We will be more than happy to help you with your furniture shipping arrangements. We work with several shipping companies and will get you quotes with insurance and put you in touch with them if needed. .Small Items: Buyer pays shipping, and insurance. Please contact me for an estimate. We usually ship USPS priority insured.

Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee if payment was with check or money order. We charge a 3% restocking fee on returns if paid with Paypal. Layaways have a 20% restocking fee.

Other Information:
International buyers must pay using Paypal. State of Washington residents to pay appropriate sales tax unless you provide us with a valid resale number in your name. We do offer lay-away. Usually we ask for 1/3 down and the rest paid within 60 days. If you need more time or different payment options, just email us. We will try to work with you for a lay away that works for both of us. We prefer check payments on lay away items. Layaway item returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Make sure you want the item before starting any layaway. All items sold require insurance. We are only responsible for the item while in our possession. In the rare occurrence that an item is damaged in shipping, it may not be returned for a refund. We will help you file an insurance claim. On Ebay sales and Personal sales not through Ruby Lane, the sale is final and no returns.
