Staffordshire Transferware. Great very early Mason's Ironstone China plate. Marked with a single line "Mason's Patent Ironstone China". That mark is from the 1813-1820 period. Nice under-glazed blue with colored enamels and gold gilding. Condition is very good for its age. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Very minor wear (acceptable considering its almost 200 years old).. Beautiful example of an early Mason's piece. Measures about 9" in diameter.
