I love everything old. I love that they were once part of a life I never knew and can only imagine. I love to run my hands across 100 year old furniture and imagine all the people who've touched what I'm touching. Although no where near that old, I enjoyed making something 'new' and different out of components made for another purpose.

This charmer, made from recycled components rescued from the corner of an old antique store, makes a wonderful bracelet. Heavy duty oxidized brass chain holds what appears to be faceted lucite(?) shapes in various shades of amber enclosed in brass forms securely soldered together.

A Vintage brass fairy charm and heavy brass tab dangle from one end.

Closure is with a brass trigger clasp. Length is slightly adjustable from 7 to 8 inches.

I made a similar one for myself. I wear it alot! It's a great everyday piece.
