We guarantee that all merchandise listed in our catalog is as represented. We will return responses to your emails within 24 hours unless we are on the road doing shows, and upon our return we will respond immediately.
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance unless otherwise specified. We will only ship to areas which USPS insurance will cover. We use only USPS due to our remote area. If it is an international purchase and the buyer wants insurance or wants to decline insurance, it must be stated in the purchase order. We will not be responsible for lost packages to international countries that USPS will not provide insurance for.
Restocking Fee:
We charge a restocking fee of 10% or the cost of the shipping, handling and insurance, when item is valued for less that shipping fees. Any lay away purchase will be charged the 10% restocking fee should the lay away purchase go unpaid.
Other Information:
Sales tax will be charged for all purchaser's in the state of Nebraska or where ever required.
When your payment method is a personal check, bank draft or money order, payment must clear my bank before shipment is made. Due to the privacy act now in force, the phone number of the bank that the check is drawn on must be included in the order as we can not call for a check clearance, we can only call to see if the check has been paid.
