This darling bonnet from the Victorian era is in very good condition. The dome is a soft pink rushed silk. The brim is black velvet with an ecru felt top. A taffeta tie and a puff of pink silk chiffon ornaments the hat. A wire frame foundation forms this creation. A lining of ecru cob web silk lines the crown with a black velvet bow on the underside of the brim. The only damage is small amount of moth damage on the felt. The bonnet measures 6 1/2" in diameter. The crown measures 3 1/4" diameter and stands 3" high. Be sure to check out the silk quilted boots that would match this hat beautifully.
