Early 1900's Cast Iron on Wood Greek Plaque Angel and Couple

This lovely plaque from the early 1900's is in excellent condition. The detailing of the casting is quite good with an impressive angel having a conversation with what could be Adam and Eve.

The cast iron disc measures 11" in diameter and is mounted by heavy screws on a wood base that measures 13 1/4" in diameter. The wood backing is painted black on the front. The back is natural with a hole for hanging. There is an inscription in a foreign language around this hole.

Total weight without packaging is 7 1/2 lbs.
