A very romantic gown from the early 1900's. Constructed of very fine cotton net lace lining with cotton overlay of shadow lace. A very light weight dress. The neck and sleeves are trimmed with silk rosette braiding. The sleeves are more like a drape rather than a fitted sleeve. The lining of the sleeve is a raglan cut with the shadow lace vesting and open. The dress form showing this dress has a shoulder span of 14" across the back.
