This ruby flashed glass butter or cheese dish cover features a faceted finial and six-point star with Red Block (aka Barreled Block) cut. The twisted “bamboo” mold design (Moules Bambous Tors Suite) of this opalescence pedestal footed saltcellar dates back to the late 1800s. Its opaque milky white color has lovely iridescence peach and pink hues when illuminated.
