Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All shipments sent fully insured.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

LAYAWAY:
We are happy to accept layaway sales for items over $250. We ask for 30% down and then the remaining balance to be paid in regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments.
Normal layaway length is 6 weeks but this can be extended for larger purchases.
Payments must be paid regularly and on time. If the layaway is not completed on schedule, the item will be returned to stock. A refund will be issued less the 30% down payment.
We cannot offer discounts or a sale price on layaways.
Sorry, but we do not accept returns on layaway items.
