This large Victorian aesthetic 14 " long x 9 " wide x 8 1/4 " tall soup tureen is transfer printed in dark chocolate brown. Rare to find form and shape in such pristine condition. The clear and crisp BEATRICE pattern features rich and wildly exotic Japanesque designs with a plethora of flowers and foliage. The designs are the height of the aesthetic movement. The pattern displays the victorian eras love of the exotic.
