This item is a fused glass plate done in the Higgins style with twenty one different colored tulip blossoms with leaves and stems as decoration. The wavy edges of the 11" diameter plate are 1 1/4" deep and flow to a smooth bottom well. There are several unfractured air bubbles between the the pieces of glass used as the body with life like colors being used between them to form the blossoms, leaves, and stems.
