At first sight, the ring doesn't look any different from any other classical wedding band. It is actually composed of 2 rings that fit together so perfectly that they look like one.

This is a wedding band 18K yellow gold from the 19th century (circa 1840). Although on first sight a very plain ring, it reveals a hidden place for those who pay well attention to how it is made. It is composed of two rings that fit in each other and make hem look like one on your finger. The hidden inside of the rings could be engraved with initials of the couple in love.

Originally the term "Victorian jewels" was designated for articles of jewelry made in the United Kingdom during the reign of Queen Victoria, but not all of the many varieties produced during her long reign, 1837-1901, are now generally classified as Victorian jewels.

This authentic Victorian jewel Circa 1840 is in Very Good condition ( cannot be resized because of the way it is made ). Ring size Continental: 57 & 18¼ , Size US: 8 , Size UK: P½.
