A touch of history ... Victorian pendant with rose cut diamonds turquoises and fancy color old mine cut.
It was William Shakespeare's who wrote in his A Midsummer Night's Dream that the juice of a pansy blossom ("before, milk-white, now purple with love's wound, and maidens call it love-in-idleness") is a love potion: "the juice of it, on sleeping eyelids laid, will make a man or woman madly dote (fall in love) upon the next live creature that it sees." (Act II, Scene I see also: Oberon at II, i).
It's not sure that the use of the flower here is inspired by romantic motives but another thing that makes us think in that direction is the use of the turquoise. The light blue color of the turquoise often refers to the "forget-me-not"...

Diamonds: One natural fancy yellow old mine brilliant cut diamond with an estimated weight of approx. 0.15 crt. and 74 rose cut diamonds. We do not have the weight of the diamonds which is normal in our trade when it comes to rose cuts. Note: All diamond weights, color grades and clarity are approximate since the stones were not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting.
