Technique: Filigree; this is in fact thin golden wire twisted into refined motifs. This technique demands very high skills and precision from the maker. Extra information:The top part of the ring is in fact made of an antique golden button that is typical for the distinctive Zeeland wear (Southern West part of the Netherlands where some people still wear the type of clothing as they did in the 18th and 19th Century.
