Diamonds: One semi-modern brilliant cut diamond with an estimated weight of approx. 0.67 carat. (color approximately H/I, clarity approximately vvs/vs). The cut is semi-modern as the stone is polished around 1950 which means that although to today's standards it is considered to be a modern brilliant cut, its cullet (the point at the bottom) is still polished flat. And skillfully set in the crown of the setting, almost hidden between the prongs there are a total of eight single brilliant cut diamonds (also called 8/8) with a total estimated weight of approx. 0.12 carat.

Note: All diamond weights, color grades and clarity are approximate since the stones were not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting.
