This is a very large copper teapot with a brass spout and handle. Ca. 1960s The 10 ½” high pot is marked Made In Portugal-98 within a circle on the bottom. It measures 13 ½” long from the spout to the far side of the handle. There is a 4” wood heat sink on the brass handle. The pot is in nice condition. This is a heavy, nickel or tin lined pot. Very early mark 1899-1909, beautifully embossed, teal color floral decoration, shows slight crazing in the glaze and there is a hard water stain inside.
