Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Free FIRST CLASS Shipping within the US* Buyer can pay extra for faster shipping services (Priority or Express Mail) and insurance.

INSURANCE is optional, but recommended for higher priced items. If you would like insurance please add

$2.05 ................ $50.01 to $100
$2.45 ................ $100.01 to $200
$4.60 ................ $200.01 to $300
$5.50 ................ $300.01 to $400
$6.40 ................ $400.01 to $500
$7.30……………$500.01 to $600
$7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.

International buyers will pay slightly more for S&H depending on their location. Please feel free to contact me about shipping to your country.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

CREDIT CARD Checkout: Please email me and I will call you at your convenience to take your credit card information. You cn pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

PAYPAL Checkout: You can either use the PayPal checkout directly from Ruby Lane after you have completed a Purchase Order or wait for me to send you an invoice via PayPal. You need a PayPal account to pay via Credit Card or Bank Account.

GOOGLE Checkout: I now accept Google Checkout! It's fast, easy and you don't need to sign up for an account like you do with PayPal. You'll need to wait for an invoice from me to pay with a Credit Card via Google Checkout.

MONEY Orders: If you prefer to pay via a Money Order, I will instruct you on where to mail it after you complete the Purchase Order.

*Sale Information*

PROMOTIONAL CODES: If you have a coupon code, please leave it in the Comments area of Checkout and I will adjust the invoice to reflect the sale price once I receive your Purchase Order.

As a courtesy, please pay for items within 7 days of completing a Purchase Order. If I do not receive a response via email or payment within 10 days, I will return the item to my shop. Thanks! Amy
