Beautiful ornate silverplated serving platter. This platter is a scalloped shaped 12" footed platter and is very ornate around the edges. The maker is W&S Blackington which was founded in 1865 in Meridan CT. Production stopped in 1938. This piece is very heavy and weighs 2.9 pounds. Very elegant, gorgeous platter. Beautiful vintage condition.
