Cliff England Brown Transferware Tureen Verbenia Pattern

Great-Aunt Eleanor served her vegetables piping hot in a brown transferware tureen. Made by the Cliff Pottery Co. England, this is in the Verbenia pattern. Ivory body is lavishly splashed with Verbena flowers throughout. No chips, some age discoloration and one 1" hairline that doesn't go through on the lid. Otherwise in great shape for a piece of china that was made in 1870! Measures 11" long from handle to handle, 6 3/4" wide.
