Our goal is to earn your business. Items are described accurately and with as many details and pictures as possible. We do our best to respond to all questions and requests within 24 hours. If there is something we can do to better serve you - please let us know.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We always combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you money! All prices are exclusive of shipping and insurance. Actual shipping charges, based on destination, will be sent via email once we receive your Purchase Order notification. There is no hidden handling or packing charge. We will also use Federal Express or UPS, rather than USPS shipping, if it will result in significant savings for our customer.

Insurance is required unless arrangement IN WRITING have been made with us. Treasures deserve to be protected, and we cannot protect them once they leave our shop.

We are happy to take your personal check. However, all checks must clear before purchased items can be shipped. If cash is being sent as payment, please use Express mail or other insured products for your own protection. We cannot be responsible for the safe delivery of cash sent by First Class Mail. Items held for mailed payment will be returned to stock after 10 days if payment has not been received or arrangements have not been made with the shop to accommodate a delayed payment. Purchases using Paypal as the method of payment need to be paid within 5 days, or special arrangements need to be made with the shop.

We pack with great care, but cannot be responsible for the condition of any uninsured item once it leaves our shop.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Sales tax of 6% will be charged on purchases shipped to Connecticut.

If you have any questions, please email us prior to submitting your purchase order. In the event of unintentional errors or omissions in the advertisement of any store goods, we reserve the right to cancel a Purchase Order to make the necessary correction in the information description.
