Here is a great vintage instruction manual from the Providence Bulletin - Household Arts Department. It was mailed from New York, New York with 1 cent postage. It indicates that it is from Alice Brooks Designs. There is no copyright - it's age is prior to zip codes as it was mailed without a zip code. Here is a nice set of 3 napkins - add to your table or perhaps, since they are fairly large, you could use them to make small throw pillows.
