Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Domestic shipping via USPS first class mail ( 2 - 9 day delivery) is $2.50 per order. Insurance costs vary depending on the value of the merchandise being shipped. Insurance is highly recommended as most of my pieces are one of a kind designs that cannot be recreated.

USPS Insurance rates are based on order total:
$0.01 to $50.00........... $1.70
$50.01 to 100.00..........$2.15
$100.01 to 200.00........$2.60
$200.01 to 300.00........$4.60
$300.01 to 400.00........$5.55
$400.01 to 500.00........$6.50

International orders - shipping costs will be based on location and weight of package. This is typically around $5.00 - $6.00 for USPS first class international shipping. All international orders must be paid via Paypal. I am unable to offer insurance on international orders shipped via USPS first class international mail.

In Stock Items will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days of receiving cleared payment, unless otherwise notified. Custom and/or personalized orders will take longer. Personalized items are not returnable. Personal checks have a waiting period of 7-10 days for clearance. Payment via Paypal is preferred and due within 2 days of placing purchase order. Paypal is very easy, safe and convenient.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Illinois residents will be charged 8% sales tax.
