Excellent Vintage Sterling Silver Agate Ethnic Earrings

Here is a charming pair of silver earrings with a marbled turquoise agate cabochon in a closed collet setting in each one. The earrings measure one and 1/8" from top to bottom and 3/4" across at their widest (across the fan at the bottom, and the oval at the top).

There are some finely worked spokes in the fanned bottom, and there are dot accents between them, as well as surrounding the top oval.

These are marked A I M (in the shape of a triangle, see photos) 925 on the back side of the upper part of the earrings. They are ALSO marked under the screw clasp but we are unable to make it out, let alone source background information on them. We have spent hours trying to source the mark, but so far we've had no luck; we will continue to try and will update this post as soon as we are able to.

Beautiful pair of screw back earrings; most of these marked pieces are quite collectible; however we are pricing low until we can identify it more accurately.
