Vintage Yellow Thermoplastic Ball Drop Earrings

We've never seen clasps like these: they are a shaped gold wire, twisted to hold the delicate chain and bent at the tip to form a decorative loop for the screw-back to gently hold the earring at the ear.

The translucent yellow ball has a couple of hand painted green swirls adding a nice contrast and pretty accent. There are ridged gold toned braces on each end of the ball, as well.

A very pretty pair of earrings; these are about 2 and 1/8" inch long; the ball is about 5/8" across.
