Mother of Pearl Holy Land Carving - c. 20th Century, Bethlehem

Extraordinary, oversize finely carved mother of pearl religious image of the Holy Family and the three Magi (wise men from the East who came to adore Jesus in Bethlehem). Unmarked but have seen similar items described as 1920's souvenirs from the Holy Land (Bethlehem) and also referred to as "Christian Icons." In very good condition as shown.
Measurements: Size: 6 1/8" by 7 1/8" (18 cm by 15.5 cm) approximately.
