Beautiful Royal Worcester tusk jug painted with flowers, shape no.1116, and 1891date code. It is marked on the underside with Rd. No. 37112 (means pattern was registered in 1885) and a green Royal Worcester mark with no dots (used in 1891). The 1891 date is confirmed by the presence of the words Royal Worcester England around the mark (added in 1891). It has an interesting, unidentified mark, a large puce color bee as well as a hand-drawn red square with a diagonal line across it. In very good condition as shown.
