REDUCED Vintage 40's Tapestry & Faille Mini Hand Bag Purse

Adorable mini bag, ca. mid to late 40s, with tapestry panel on both sides. Goes great with your little black vintage dress for dinner, cocktails, or formal occasion. Black faille body with curved shape, pleated sides, rigid frame, single wide strap on fixed rings. Tapestry panels depict a home next to an arched bridge, edged in a floral design. Goldtone clasp is unusually positioned--perpendicular to the frame instead of parallel to it. Frame has decorative, bright silvertone metal corners. Lining is a rich cherry-red satin (deeper & redder than photos show), with a zippered pocket pleated on one side, an open pocket behind. Original vanity mirror is intact & usable, clouding on only one side.

Measures approx. 4 1/2" H (not incl. clasp) x 7 1/4" L x 3 1/4" D (front to back at bottom). Very good to exc. condition; no flaws, shows moderate, normal wear.
