All items described as accurately and completely as possible. We err on the side of being too cautious, if anything! If we have missed a substantive flaw or otherwise unintentionally misrepresented an item, there will be no restocking fee for returns. All other returns for any other reason will be charged a restocking fee, in accordance with Ruby Lane's policies. Note that a substantive flaw does not include minor nits & picks in fabric, soil easily removed through washing or dry cleaning, normal signs of wear, typical utensil marks in porcelain & glassware, etc.

We respond to all inquiries, and in a timely fashion! We treat you the way we wish to be treated when we purchase goods. And this is not a hollow promise.

We have been collectors of a wide assortment of vintage esoterica for decades. From collectibles such as glass & porcelain ware to vintage comics & magazines, to clothing & lingerie, we have an abundance of interests, and enjoy sharing our passion with you!

We started selling online several years ago so that some of our long-loved but long-unused collectibles could find new homes. And, finding the selling of our collectibles as much fun--and as interesting--as the collecting, we not only continue to sell from our personal collections, but seek out interesting or unusual bits of history to share them with you. We buy and sell those things that we ourselves collect and have an interest in. We care about what we sell and take the time to be informed sellers! In more than six years of selling, we have yet to have an unhappy customer. In fact, more often than not, we are told that our service and merchandise are "mint, outstanding, better than described, in wonderful condition," and "we will definitely buy from you again." One of us is a proud member of the Vintage Fashion Guild and delights in offering our vintage clothing & accessories, lingerie, and jewelry.

Ours is a fun shop to browse; you'll never know quite what you'll find here. You may come in for a vintage handbag and leave with not only that but a piece of pottery or a Depression-glass plate! We're always adding a variety of product to our offerings.

And, for your convenience and for economy, we are most happy to combine shipping whenever possible! Please note that our shipping costs as listed DO NOT include insurance, but we will insure packages on request, at additional cost!
