Being offered is a fabulous CONFIRMED, identified as being a DeLizza & Elster aka Juliana layered brooch with gorgeous tiger stripe or tortoise shell colored open back marquis rhinestones & topaz navettes, topaz chatons, accented with beautiful black & topaz faceted crystal beads that surround the center stage large faceted open back topaz colored crystal on a shiny gold tone backing. The brooch measures approximately 2 1/4" in diameter. There are some light surface scuff marks on the top of the center stone I suspect as a result of the movement of the crystal bead dangles, but other than that there are no problems that I have detected. The closing "c" clasp in good tight working order. This is a beautiful brooch for your costume jewelry collection.
