Being offered is a fabulous signed NAPIER retro stylized bird fur clip. It is being offered on an "AS IS" basis, as it is not mint collector quality due to some condition issues. Although these issues are not as noticeable to the naked eye, they can be seen a bit more clearly under magnification which is how some came to light.
