Bavarian Reticulated Bowl Hand-painted With Cherries and Cherry Blossoms

Two Different Views~This Reticulated Bavarian Bowl wears cherries around the outside and blossoms on the inside. Both scenes are set on a the palest blue background. Marked for Philip Rosenthal, dating to the early 1900's, it is simply signed on the bottom with the initials H.B.B. Philip Rosenthal business began by buying white ware from Hutschenreuther, which then were painted by his wife. Measurements 8 3/4 inches by 2 1/2 inches. Condition; very good, normal age scruffs on bottom edge.
