A late 19th century hand painted still life with a realist look of the Lily of the Valley flowers. Being a gardener , I loved the detailing of the large leaves which they are, noted for, along with a hint of pink at the edge of the lily. Richly decorated probably by the artist jean, at the George Borgfeldt factory in Paris France. Thegod handles and edge, accents the artist's one-of-a-kind statement.. The Coronet trademark is from the early 1900s.

The charger plate measures, from one handle to the other, 11 1/2" . With the exception of typical light surface scratches on the gold, this French beauty is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or paint flakes.
