I could not find the Westmoreland stamp on back. Excellent vintage condition. No chips cracks or repairs. I do not think this plate was ever used. I also have a pair of matching candlesticks for sale. They are item COLL1011. FYI: These cake plates are very versatile. Not only can they be used for cakes , but try them to display almost any type of dessert, and or food. Many magazines are showing them not only with food but with seasonal decorations as well. . Antique and vintage items by their very nature are used items and will show signs of normal wear due to age and use.
